For forty years the Schulich School of Business at York University has provided the arts and cultural community in Canada, and abroad, with leaders who are committed to the growth and sustainability of the sector.

The MBA in Arts and Media Administration was established in 1969 to meet the burgeoning demand for arts managers and administrators throughout the country. As one of the oldest programs of its kind and the only MBA program in Arts and Media, it has had and continues to have considerable impact on both the study and practice of arts and media administration in Canada. Our graduates are influential in everything from the day-to-day workings of arts and media organizations to the development of cultural policy at every level of government.

The continued support of Arts and Media alumni and professionals in the field makes it possible for the program to go beyond the realm of the classroom and provide students with contacts and support within the sector.
