 | Janis Ryder started Ryder Consulting in 2005 out of a passion to facilitate the growth of leaders and their organizations. Since then, she has worked with senior leadership teams, Boards and individual CEO’s in the corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors focusing on strategic planning, change management, and leadership development. Her coaching clients include senior and emerging leaders in financial institutions, products and service organizations, media and communication firms, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations, both large and small.

She now shares her experience and passion with coaching clients.
