Wright Methods provides coaching and training on business practices for demystifying the complex business environment. Since its inception in 2001, Phoebe and her associates at Wright Methods have worked with hundreds of leaders from across Canada. “We have had clients from every continent except Antarctica.” Phoebe has published on leadership in the Globe and Mail and is sought out as an expert on leadership. She currently is a regular contributor to “Ask a Babe” on babesonbaystreet.com.
Prior to founding Wright Methods, Phoebe was a corporate executive and led significant business restructuring initiatives on a national and international scale. She was an acknowledged expert on governance and risk management practices and sat on the board of the Risk Management Association (Toronto Chapter).
Phoebe is an active and enthusiastic volunteer and was recognized by University of Toronto and United Way for volunteer leadership.
Phoebe holds an Honours BA in Political Science from University of Toronto, a Master of Business Administration from Schulich Business School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She resides in Toronto with her children and pets.
