 | Rob is the Managing Partner, Global Operations for Heidrick & Struggles and is responsible for global oversight of our regional operations in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and North America. He is based in the Chicago office and is a member of the Financial Services Practice and the Board of Directors Practice. He has completed senior level assignments for a broad range of clients in the banking, investment management and board of directors sectors.
Rob's most recent role with the firm was Regional Managing Partner, North America for the Central, West and South East regions. Prior to that he has held a number of leadership roles within the firm, including Sector Leader, Investment Banking based in New York, and Managing Partner for the Boston, Dallas, Houston and Toronto offices.
Before joining the executive search industry, Rob held a number of senior positions in investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston, CIBC World Markets, and Merrill Lynch. He has had transaction and leadership experience in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Rob began his career practicing law, specializing in corporate and securities law. He earned his LL.B. at the University of Windsor and completed his undergraduate studies at York University.
Rob is a member of the Independent Review Committee of the Mackenzie Financial Corporation mutual funds.
