 | Dr. Peridis is a Professor of Strategic Management and International Business at Schulich; he serves as the Director of the Global Leadership Program and the York Consulting Group. His research and teaching span the areas of strategic management, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, innovation, leadership and strategy practice. He has taught in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. He has worked with many companies around the globe as an advisor on strategic management issues and has served as a special consultant on structuring and managing strategic alliances and acquisitions. Companies he has worked with range from major corporations such as American Express, General Electric, SAP, DuPont, Bombardier, Deutsche Bank, Rogers Communications,and Ontario Hydro to small high-tech firms such as Microbix, Metalink, and Photovac. He has also participated in government advisory committees, subcommittees, and boards on industrial policy and competitiveness in health, technology and innovation.
Theo was named "Best in Class" by Canadian Business magazine and voted “Professor of the Year” by the Joint Kellogg-Schulich EMBA program. He received a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Athens, a M.A. in Management Science from the University of Kent, a M.Phil. in Management and a Ph.D. in Strategy from New York University. He is a Fellow of the Eastern Academy of Management and an International Fellow of AIM Research Institute in the UK.
