 | Mr. Kennedy is a founder of Kensington, Chair of the Investment Committee and of the Advisory Board. His 10 years in operational and management positions with Consolidation Coal Co. and Alberta Energy Company, together with investment banking experience as a senior executive with Bunting Warburg, Lancaster and TD Securities has provided a rich background of experience and connections well suited to private equity. Mr. Kennedy serves on the Advisory Committees of investee funds and Boards of companies. He has considerable experience on the boards of directors of not for profit community service organizations, as well as public companies. Mr. Kennedy holds a B.Sc.Eng. from Queen’s University and a D.B.A. from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and is a professional engineer. |
