Internship & Summer Recruitment
Internship and Summer Recruitment is focused on recruiting returning undergraduate and graduate level students for short-term employment. Internship and summer recruitment also offers recruiting companies an excellent opportunity to assess potential candidates for full-time employment, following graduation. The following options are available when coordinating your internship and summer recruitment needs: To coordinate your internship & summer recruitment needs, please contact your CDC Account Manager.
Internship Recruitment Timetable
In all instances, to properly address year round internships, or internships lasting longer than 4 months, we recommend posting opportunities 6 months prior to the employment start date to allow students time to make the appropriate arrangements and to ensure success in your recruitment efforts.MBA/IMBA: Due to the flexibility of Schulich’s graduate level programs, our students are able to pursue internship opportunities year round. For this reason, we are able to help you fill Internship opportunities that take place at any point throughout the year, with durations from 2 to 16 months.
BBA/iBBA: Undergraduate students are often interested in year round internship opportunities as well, however, the demands of the BBA and iBBA programs require special arrangements be made to pursue internships that take place outside of the summer term. We recommend posting year round internships early to allow students to make the necessary arrangements. Summer Internships, however, do align well with undergraduate’s academic calendars.
