  • Identifying personal emotional triggers that affect performance

Stage 2: Self Awareness & Self Management Competencies

needs and challenges.

Stage 5: Moving Forward: Setting Clear Action Plans For Ongoing EQ Engagement

  • Kelley is President of Marko Consulting Services Inc., a leading Canadian firm specializing in developing high-performance leaders and supporting organizations worldwide in achieving meaningful and sustainable impact and change.
  • Kelley is also a professional facilitator, executive coach and Associate Faculty in the Leadership and Learning Division at Royal Roads University, BC. He is a certified administrator and coach of emotional intelligence and personality assessments and has worked with hundreds of leaders to improve their competencies.
  • His background incorporates 17 years of experience that includes senior leadership positions in industry and professional management consulting in collaboration with McKinsey and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the area of organization and change strategy.
